Briefing

Branding and naming for a luxury real estate development in Old Town Palma. A project in which the architects have divided a building vertically in two, to create two single-family houses with 4 floors.

Proposal

The logo and symbol come from the name TWINHOUSE. The double-stroke typeface represents the concept of duality and the icon, in which the "T" and the "H" overlap, creates a symmetrical building.

Contribution

The logo and symbol represent the architectural concept of the building very well. Unique solution in the design of the symbol (TH = Twinhouse)

 

Production

The identity and logo have been applied to stationery, sales catalogs, bags and web. The double line typography has been created specifically for the project.
