Briefing

A campaign that focus on the brand value (professionalism and personalized service) focusing on the acquisition of real estate. And also, with local diffusion to generate traffic to the stores of the brand (Solvia Stores)

Proposal

Under de concept of “Selling well” we highlight the benefits of the brand when selling a property. We launched an evolution of the visual code of the brand to give relevance to the campaign and generate a perception of professionalism.

Contribution

Maintain brand and advertising awareness with a new ownable visual code, as well as, work on the consideration to the conversion phase.

Production

We created a new visual code close to fashion photography, generating small conceptual games between characters and vital moments and we gave value to the iconic house. A delicate execution with a use of black and white very contrasted.
