Briefing

Donostia is going to improve its public rail system. Works will continue until 2022 and will cause disruption. The cost of the works is also the subject of controversy. The challenge, then, is to better explain the benefits of the project.

Proposal

An identity which lives alongside the Euskotren brand, making use of the name used by Donostians to refer colloquially to the train line (TOPO). An identity which can be used in direct and effective communication formats.

Contribution

Donostians are now better informed about a rail project which will provide more accessible, modern and environmentally-friendly transport.

Production

The project has been promoted via the delivery of 83K leaflets and a prominent media campaign. Also we have created spaces for dialogue: online at topo.eus, and offline at the TOPOgunea information point installed in the busiest station.
