Briefing

Identity and communication for Philosophy, the book café of the Sofia hotel. It is a coffe shop with interior design inspired by a bookstore. The client needed an identity that would link the cafeteria to the hotel.

Proposal

The central axis around which the visual language is built is philosophy. The dots create portraits of well-known philosophers. The menus simulate a classic collection of essays with titles adapted to the culinary world.

Contribution

The coffee shop is recognized as part of the Sofia hotel because the logo is built just like the hotel one. It is related in an easy and direct way with the name of the coffee shop and its bookshelves.

Production

We generated different communication materials: stationery, menus, signage and packaging. They are printed on black colour and/or gold hot foil, using Fedrigoni papers.
