1961

Barcelona, December 1961. A group of designers founds ADG in the Fomento de las Artes Decorativas (FAD). Its aim was to support and promote “everything concerning the development and study of graphic art”. In 1964, ADG-FAD instituted the first edition of the Laus Awards.
After many activities, a few changes of address and more than 5,000 professional members passing through, ADG-FAD remains faithful to its founders’ commitment to the culture of design.
